Needs some break in period but after that it became my favorite shoes. Very comfortable. True to size but I ordered 1/2 size bigger to accomodate inserts.

These shoes were very uncomfortable and the fit was terrible (they would not stay on my foot) so back they went!!

These Ecco shoes are not only look nice but very comfortable also. Some Clarks shoes could hurt my ankles, but Ecco never. Good shoes!

I am usually a 7.5 C width, I ordered size 38 from ECCOUSA, it's very comfortable with a bit of room for inserts. Very soft, light weight, 100 times more comfotable than Ferragamo or Tory Burch flats.
