I walk my courses so comfort is my number one priority. The Casual Pitch GTX has a general toe box to accommodate wide feet. This is a very comfortable pair of golf shoes. No break-in time required as is the case for all Eccos. I took these straight out of the box and walked 18 holes on a rainy day. Excellent Goretex protection kept my socks and feet dry, and I did not encounter any slipping throughout the course. Only drawback is the absence of half sizes which prevent a perfect fit.
