These boots are really comfy. As the other reviewer said, they may seem a bit rubbery at first, but the leather breaks in really well, and becomes soft and supple after a few wears. I get tons of compliments on them every time I wear them. The gray color goes with every thing, and I love the flat soul- completely practical. (I'm not a high heel wearer at all) The only draw back is that the zipper is on the outside part of the leg, and if you are a leg crosser, this is a bit uncomfortable. It does remind me NOT cross my legs- which I probably shouldn't do anyway! Even with that minor drawback, these boots have replaced all my other basic black boots, I love 'em.

I am an ECCO fan, but this boots I had to return. If you are looking for the rain-boots-looking boots, then they are probably for you. The leather looks like rubber, and when you walk, they bend as if they are made of rubber.

This is a fantastic boot. I have narrow feet and these boots fit me better than any I've ever bought before. No break in period, great for walking. The brown color is actually more like a gray, but I love it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy these again. And the Amazon price is amazing.
