I tried these on in the store and Love them! I didn't buy them in the ECCO store because they were full price. Saved about $70 buying from Amazon! I almost ALWAYS wear a size 9 (in US) and the 39 EU fits perfectly, (so be advised, you may want to order 1/2 size down). I like the lower heel. My calf is 14 1/2" around at the widest point and the boot fits me nicely with enough room to tuck in leggings or really slim fitting jeans. The full-length zipper makes them easy to put on. Nice quality leather with no damages or flaws (I ordered the brown espresso). The buckle is functional, but really does not change the boot in any way when tightened or loosened. This is because there is a break in the "loop" where the zipper goes.Hope this review helps.
