Product Description

After a couple hours with this game, you're going to want your own theme song! ECW--also known as the Extreme Championship Wrestling Federation--has come to the Game Boy Color in ECW: Hardcore Revolution. You get access to all the no-holds-barred action through the game's three play modes: exhibition, career, and training. Play as any of your favorite ECW wrestlers, including Raven, Sabu, and Balls Mahoney. ECW: Hardcore Revolution even lets you take them on in the notorious barbed-wire match. Simple game controls allow you to quickly pull off a number of combination attacks as well as individual finishing moves for each wrestler. You can set three difficulty levels and match lengths from 20 seconds to as long as you want. The password save feature will let you take some much needed rest along your way to the title.

Product Description

When the wrestling-license musical chairs ended last year, Acclaim must have felt like it was on the hurtin' end of a Stone Cold suplex, what with EA snagging the WCW license from THQ and an enraged THQ, its spirit meter jacked up to stratospheric levels, responding by wresting the prized WWF license from Acclaim's grasp. All's fair in love and corporate lumberjack matches, though, so Acclaim pulled itself off the canvas and went out in search of a new franchise. The answer lay as close as the nearest TV, where Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) holds court weekly on The Nashville Network. Sealing the deal for a long time to come, Acclaim has invested some of its many WWF and Turok bucks in the ECW.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Wrestling For GBC, March 27, 2000
By A Customer
= Durability:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: ECW: Hardcore Revolution (Game Cartridge)
GBC has come out with one of there best Wrestling Games, It isn't just the coolest, It isn't just the best, It is from Acclaim Sports, That my Friends is Justin Credible.

If you think being able to pummel a person in a barbed wire match with a trashcan lid, or whiping them into the unforgiving barbed wire ropes while riding to Grandmas House is just Awesome then i suggest you get this game. It is one of the fastest games out there, and it has a career mode you can play too. The only thing is that u can't link up with a friend to play. But that is ok since you can do a bunch of stuff in this game. With alot of signature moves. The only thing i warn you of for this Extreme Game is while riding with your parents don't start any familar chants like @ss Hole in the backseat, or Spontanuesly yell "E C f'n W". Then you won't be able to play one of the most HardCore Pocket Games around
