After using my husband's shaving gel, I can't go back to women's shaving gel. My legs and armpits are so smooth and super moisturized after using this gel. Great for bikini area - it softens the hair so you can shave more effectively. Edge is a great shaving gel. I use different men's shaving gel especially Edge and Gillette. Just try it. They cost the same as women's (some men's brands are have an ounce or two more than women's for the same price).

I am unable to say that I am a shaving cream connoisseur. However, I know what works and what works less well. I have used a lot of different shaving cream products. I have been most pleased with Edge Gel. I have used several different versions of Edge Gel, and all seem to work equally well. I have moderately tough facial hair and Edge Gel in combination with a Gillette Mach3 razor gives me a good close shave.

There are other, less expensive shaving creams, but I have had the best success with Edge Gel and I plan on sticking with it until something better comes along.

I can honestly recommend this product. Shaving for the last 25 years almost every day. Going from single blade razors to double blade to triple blade. I used many kinds of soaps, lathers, creams, gels, you name it, I've used it. I've used electric shavers as well. Nothing seemed to work for me. I develop a rash from shaving very easily, up to the point where it becomes painful to shave, especially in the neck area. I have very tough, dark facial hair, and need to shave against the grain to get good clean results, to get me through the day. The combination of Edge and Gillette Mach 3 works perfectly for me.
I have been using it for many years now and have been rash free ever since. It seems that Edge is very scarce in South Africa and I have had trouble locating the stuff, but I will surely import it if I have to.

interesting fact is I have used another product of edge which is "lotionized v complex formula", but it was more foamy than gel and did not provide the same comfort level

But this product works really well for me

Is as expected. Green gel stuff, turns into
white foam / great for a WOMAN like me (too!).
Why pay more for something pink and girly?
No reason! I waited a bit on this / more
than a week, but it was worth the wait.
I think the Hurricane slowed down delivery or
something which is understandable.
