Eyore is loved,

This is a great book for teaching that spoken words go with writen words. As you go through the book the words are big enough to point to as you say them. My daughter loves the size of the book . The pictures are all "Classic Pooh" meaning they come from the orginal book and are not the images from the Disney films. The story is a bit off in that it is very very simple.

This large and attractive board book is a cute salute to A.A. Milne's character Eeyore. Each page has a nice and attractive illustration that really harks back to the original story. My one problem with it is that it shows Eeyore's tale being reattached by a little girl, instead of Milne's son, Christopher Robin.But, nonetheless, it is a very good book for a preschool child - bright and attractive and yet sturdy. I think that your young reader will enjoy it as much as mine did! |
