This hat has two knitted layers, so is nice and warm, Can be pulled down to completely cover ears. Accommodates all my long hair in comfort. Has a friendly look. Would work for most occasions. The Gray version is a nice true grey, not blue as it looks on my computer screen. Bought one as a test for fitting, since many beanies are too snug for me...but am back to order a couple more colors. So hoping I don't lose these!!!
