First one I recvd wouldn't work......wrote Amazon and they had a new in the mail to me almost immediately.......I printed out the UPS code for a return......sent the bad one back and Amazon even emailed me when they recvd the broken one back.
Have never seen such good customer service........
It's a really neat punch and will use it for treat sacks at Halloween.
