I have been using cerimide face & throat capsules for well over 10 years - everyday and now that I am in my 50's nobody believes it. Highly recommend using this on a daily basis.

This product came in the mail very quickly. I have never used a capsule before, but I really like how it is premeasured so you put the correct amount on your face.I do not know if this is helping with wrinkles because I have only been using it for a month, but I definitely like the softness it brings to my skin. Plus, it is not greasy. I have tried quite a variety of creams on my face over the years, and this is the best stuff yet.

The ceramide for eyes is a much better product. Although the consistency is less thick, it goes on much better, Advance Time Complex generally makes my eyes water. However, the capsules seem to go farther, perhaps they contain more? Try both if you can and see what works best!
