Editorial Reviews

Review

I ve been using Informed ALS field guides since I began as a Paramedic and now I employ it in the sands of Iraq as a combat corpsman. The knowledge in the guide along with the sturdiness of the flip pages makes it a must have in any theater of care. --Dwain Griffis;Paramedic Students should grab this, cause they'll need it. And for the experienced crowd of Paramedics out there...you know you'd be a fool not to get this guide. --Robert Sheridan; The EMS Field Guide by Informed is probably the most popular pocket reference guide carried on ambulances across the country. It is a better reference than any other pocket guide on the market. --About.com First Aid

5.0 out of 5 stars You know it's good...I know it's good, February 18, 2006
Anyone who has been in EMS for sometime knows that we tend to forget things. Of course field guides have been out for a long time now, and this is just the latest installment. I appreciate the brighter colors...my old eyes can't see the older formats as well anymore. This edition has the 2005 updates for ACLS so it's handy. Paramedic Student s should grab this, cause they'll need it. And for the experienced crowd of Paramedics out there...you know you'd be a fool not to get this guide.

If you have had these before you know they are great, mainly just for all the prescription drugs. Very organized and easy to use.
