5.0 out of 5 stars Best Book for NREMT
I purchased about every book I could find in attempt to study for the National Registry's written test. This is by far the best one. It is the only one that really prepared me for the test. The affordable price makes it an even better deal. I strongly suggest this book to anyone studying for the National Registry.

3.0 out of 5 stars Some inaccurate info, but most questions are valid and good for study
Only 20 pages in, already found 3 questions that were dead wrong and a few useless ones that most likely are not on the test, but the 70ish% of the other questions are spot on and very helpful. (IO access is always done in the proximal tibia, not distal in adults as one question I apparently got wrong stated.)

I have purchased several books to review and prepare for national paramedic certification. This is, without a doubt, the best one of the lot. It is quick and easy to use, comprehensive and up to date.

4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty good book, August 3, 2009
I purchased this text while completing my Nursing to Paramedic bridge course last year. I found it insightful and helpful...just some things I did not need...but knowledge is good, right? It was a well written text and great for RN's wishing to get a Paramedic cert.

Almost done with paramedic school and these books are great study guides for all sorts of tests. I used the basic book and passed EMT first time!

2.0 out of 5 stars Basic theories and principals only., June 27, 2011

I just finished this book in less than 2 hours. The questions are basic and require little thought because 3 of the 4 available answers are quite obviously wrong. It covers some of the most fundamental theories of Paramedicine but that is about it. I believe that this book would be drastically insufficient to include in a study buildup for NREMT exams. I will be returning this book and will apply the $10 to a book that will further my knowledge.

5.0 out of 5 stars EMT-Paramedic Interactive Flashcards Book (REA) (Flash Card Books) [Paperback], June 23, 2010
By

I bought SUCCESS! for the Paramedic (4th Edition) and EMT-Paramedic Interactive Flashcards Book (REA) (Flash Card Books) to help study for the paramedic written examination. I found both very beneficial to aiding me pass (1st time with around 80 questions [less is better if you pass]) for the written exam.

Overall I would have to say that EMT-Paramedic Interactive Flashcards Book represents an easier version of the actual written examination test itself. The actual test is MUCH harder, but if you are struggling with concepts from this book's, consider those questions general areas of review you need to study. The questions have a more slightly global aspect approach and offer great explanations and rationale for each question. With only 350 questions it's a great easy review aid prior to taking the actual written examination, but may be to brief of a review if one is serious lacking in a given area.

4.0 out of 5 stars paramedic flashcards, March 17, 2010

I like these flash cards. The questions reflect what we are learning in class. Although I wish there were a few more study categories, perhaps more drugs or med math.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best prep for NREMT, February 11, 2010
By
This is the best book to prep for your NREMT-P test. No nonsense BS, just the stuff you need to know in its simple form. I used this book along with one of the EMT-P review books by Richard Cherry(for more detailed review) and together you will ace that NREMT exam. Thanks to the book I have my NREMT-P

5.0 out of 5 stars Good study aid, February 15, 2009
This book has lots of good information in it. I specially liked the notes at the bottom of some of the pages with little facts. I learned a lot from this book and would definatly suggest it to anyone trying to study for the national registry.
