It works fine, but yesterday when i wanted to unplug it, the head came out, but the drive was still in the computer. Now I can't use it, is really hard to unplug it because the metal part is so small that you can't grab it well.

This product was so cute and my teen loved it. We are both IT people so no chance we used it incorrectly or contributed to its' demise. After using since Christmas (appx 1.5 months) it is no longer recognized by any computer. WHAT A WASTE OF MY HARD-EARNED MONEY. Don't have original packing slip, don't have original packaging, so can't return it.

I recently purchased this flash drive. I have had no problems with it, but I did recently lose the little Panda's body. I called Emtec and they are shipping me a replacement part at no cost and the man I spoke with was very very helpful. He was very friendly and only required that I email him.

I bought this flash drive for my wife to use to backup her schoolwork and copy it between our mac and our pc laptop. From the very first day, she had problems with it - she would copy a handful of pdf's onto it from the mac, and when she tried to open them on the laptop, they would be corrupt, or only part of the pdf would appear, or just a jumbled mess. This has never happened with my other flash drive that is 4 years old. I paid almost $20 for her to use it for 3 days - what a waste.

i just got this from my brother and i put it into my laptop and went to copy my files. it kept saying "was not able to locate USB"... sometimes when i open up the folders my files show up but most of the time it says "this folder is empyt"... i don't know why and i tried it on all of our families computers and my friends and it never worked!!!

This is a very cute flash drive, and works well. I wanted one that I would be able to keep on my key chain. In less than one week, the loop broke and the penguin now resides in my purse.

I bought this flash drive around 2 months ago and was very excited b/c i <3 penguins! but within a month it started telling me my word docs were corrupt, now its not detecting on any computer, i wish it would work because its just so darn cute!

Bought this as a gift for my girlfriend. Its not a very fast or big flash drive, but thats ok since she does not really care anyway.

Surprisingly, the material was really really nice! I was expecting something that looked and felt a lot cheaper, but due to the lack of choice I ordered this anyway. It is surprisingly well made and the finish is great!

One star less because of the big ugly EMTEC printed right on its belly. Really? If it wasn't for that, this would be perfect.

I have been shopping around for a unique USB flash drive and finally found this absolutely adorable panda. It is fairly fast and attracts a lot of positive attention. My only complaint is that the cap gets lost from time to time but otherwise no serious defect here!

We've quite a few commitments and I was quite bored of writing on the flash drives with fine tip permanent markers, so when I saw these ones, I immediately bought them. One foreword, we are Mac freaks, but one of our macbooks also runs Windows on its partitioned hard disk. So far, since September, we've not had any trouble at all with them. We've saved and erased items a hundred times, large files as law school lesson audios to small files such as word documents. The turtle and the fish have been working hard since day one and are still going. Recently, the turtle lost its head, like another customer said, but I've had no trouble pulling the actual flash drive out of the computer. However, I have very small hands (I wear mittens that are smaller than my six year old's ones) so maybe it was easier for me to do so, than the lucky average sized hand. Now that new animals are available, I'll order some more.
