Emu Australia's Bronte Lo boot features: Emu's unique Micron 20 100% Australian Merino Wool lining (not a blend); suede upper; a reinforced, dual stitched upper & heel counter for added comfort and strength; a comfortable, durable dual density EVA outsole. The Merino Wool allows excess body moisture to escape as vapour through the sheepskin for dry comfortable feet. The Bronte Lo is the perfect everyday winter boot for indoor & outdoor wear. It is recommeded to treat boots with a water-proofing spray for suede products before wearing outdoors. Just received these. They are clearly of a lower quality than UGG Boots of which my wife has a pair and loves. I am happy with this EMU brand boot as the price per value is great compared to the UGG brand.

The sole feels strange at first underfoot but I have quickly got used to them.

A month or so later the durability of the boots has failed. The sole is coming off the upper and the stitching is also starting to come undone. This is all very surprising considering these boots have NEVER left my house as I have been using them as house slippers.

Having just moved from the desert of Arizona to the Colorado Rockies (at over 9000 feet) I was desparate to find a pair of warm boots that I could wear in the house. These EMU ones are the ticket! They keep not only my feet warm but also my ankles and the bottoms of my calves. The size I ordered was the same as I buy for street shoes and they fit wonderfully with or without socks. They also work great for quick outdoor use when collecting more wood for the fireplace. I highly recommend them!

The boots wear great, outside stitching had a little fur in it.They are a little bigger,wider than my warmbats.My warmbats included an extra insole for sizing.I bought a pair of gels and put in mine,Improvement is phenominal.and thats all I got to say about that steveyray peace be well
