These are very comfortable and cozy on a cold day. I usually wear a 7 1/2 and the 7 fit fine; I'm sure the 8 would have been too big. I really like them because they are as comfortable as Uggs (not quite as expensive), but with a style all their own. I am 40+ and would rather wear a boot that is a little different from the ones that my 13 year old's friends wear. They look great tucked into jeans. They are a very light color and show dirt easily. I sprayed a scotch guard- type product on them before wearing them for the first time.

I just got these boots today and am a bit disappointed. I had also ordered the low Emu Stingers, and those are soooo comfy, the sheepskin lining is amazing! The Burlesque Emu's just don't measure up. They're still nice, but nowhere near as plush in my opinion. Also, the ankle feels strangely stiff, hopefully that softens as I wear them more. Right now they're not that comfortable. And definitely remember to size down if you're a half size normally! I do still like the design and the fact that they're not trying to be "UGGS," and are proudly declaring that they're EMU. I like being a little different from the rest of the crowd. :)

Bought these for my daughters. Just as cute as the big name brand- same quality if not better. The lining is not quite as fluffy, but that's not a problem. The design really makes them more interesting!

I love these boots. They are so comfortable. The reason some say they do not seem as plush as others is because these are wool lined, rather than just sheepskin. I cannot wear wool sweaters, even with a shirt underneath, but these do not itch at all and are so comfortable I actually wore them as slippers around the house for a while. If you spray some sort of scotch guard or leather camp spray for waterproofing (from Walmart) it keeps them from getting dirty and you can just use a stiff brush to rub out any marks. I wore these all last winter after treating them and have no stains or marks.
