It was extremely hard to get the chocolate into these molds. Even after using a piping bag and squeeze bottle to put the chocolate in, most of my rings came out broken or just not looking good. If only the molds were a tiny bit bigger, these would be great.

Do not buy this mold! While the whole cavity is tall, the depth is extremely shallow. This makes it incredibly time consuming to spread the chocolate through the ring section. Once you are able to do that, 2 out of 5 rings break when removing the set chocolate from the mold due to the shallow depth of the ring.

I don't have this exact one, but I have diamond ring molds I purchased from Michaels. The first time, I was struggling with popping out the molds since they kept breaking or was too stubborn to come out. I looked on amazon for some reviews, hoping to find some advice and suggestions. I see that every one is having the same problem as me and I'm sure future buyers would too.

Soooooo,
I had luster dust and thought if I brushed molds real well, they'd come out easier. I tried cornstarch too and it worked just the same. I didn't experiment too much with the cornstarch because I was already planning on brushing the rings with luster anyway. It wasn't super easy to come out, but instead of 14/16 rings breaking, only about 2 or 3/16 broke. (= I just use my finger and kept flicking. Hurt, but worth it. I used a pale blue chocolate for the ring and white for the diamond. They really look Tiffany rings (=

great shape. you must be very careful pulling them from the mold or the thin part of the band can break.

I had planned on making small ring boxes with rings placed in them. However, as soon as I got the mold I realized these were WAY too large for what I had in mind (a risk I took knowing that might have been the case). That aside, I tired the mold anyway. Most of the pieces snapped when I tried to remove them. I tried lightly tapping and even then, the thin bottoms would snap before even making it out of the mold. Way too much hassle to maybe be able to get 1 or 2 usable pieces per un-molding. Save your money

I recently used this to make just the wedding ring. I was tasked with making a cake for our ladies retreat. It was a wedding cake for the theme "Bride of Christ". There were five ornaments of grace used to adorn the cake. I made all of them but one, using candy molds. The wedding ring was molded with yellow chocolate and turned out perfectly. I used two of them and overlapped them on the cake. The mold was easy to work with and came out great. A very good product.

I saw this and had to have it. I tried it right away to make soap. It was really hard to get the soap out without breaking it. I know it is meant for chocolate but I can't imagine it would be any easier for chocolate to come out. Also the detail are a little hard to see unless looking at it up close. Was just a little too shallow of a mold for what I wanted.

Really wish I had read the reviews for this before purchasing - I tried this twice and got zero useable rings out of it. I have a number of candy molds at home from different manufacturers and this is by far the worst - it went straight into the trash.

This was just too big for my cupcakes. I didn't get to use them. I really couldn't tell what the size would be until they arrived. It would be nice to know if they can be used for a cupcake topper especially since cupcakes are taking over now.

These were extremely difficult to use to make chocolates. I make chocolates often, so I was surprised when this mold didn't work out. I ended up throwing it away after three attempts:/
