I used the contact phone number and the email address provided here and the phone number said "we're sorry, no one is answering at this number." the email reply said that either the mailbox was full or it wasn't correct. I looked up the physical retail store online and actually called the store in New York City, spoke to a lovely young man, who gave me an email address of the owner/manager (can't remember which), that he said always gets answered. well guess what? no answer! all I was asking for was a simple measurement (the distance between the watch head lugs, in order to purchase a different watch band). this has been over a week now. I can' only imagine what would happen if I decided to order the watch and it was defective or damaged! I refuse to order from a company/seller that can't be bothered to respond to potential customers! it's too bad too, as i really liked that watch head:
