Just got it yesterday, was impressed with the remote control but disappointed with the rest.
Especially when my win7 computer said that a dll was missing.
Usually Amazon is great company for customers but in this case they should emphasize the compatibility on the product page.
However after spending 45 minutes of my saturday morning time I found the right download address at:
