Great people to deal with, the band was too small upon order, i simply contacted customer service with the model number of the watch and i received two links in the mail totally free of charges within two weeks (and they are very easy to install). i have a tag in the same style for a dressier watch and this one works great for an everyday work watch. enjoy your purchase, i did.

I received this watch in Dec. of 2006 from United Airline after trade in my miles. It is very accurate, robust, and has a comfortable stainless steel body & band. I did replace the its battery in April of 2009. Overall, I am very satisfied with it.

I purchased this watch from a different website because I liked the look of the watch and could not resist the price. It was offered for much less than the Amazon price. When the watch arrived, I instantly fell in love with it. It looks and feels rich... People easily mistake it for an Omega Seamaster. The watch looks sporty even though it also goes with formal dress. I wear it at work and at home and I am very comfortable with it. As an owner of several Swiss watches, this one has a special place in my collection.

The watch is great. I recommend it!

I went to Macys looking for a watch for my boyfriend as Christmas gift and a seller told me about the quality of the watch, I bought it and "34" days after the bracelet broke!!!!!!!!

I contacted the costumer service and they didnt give me any special attention, told me to bring it to their warranty place.Once I go there they told me thatthe warranty do not cover bracelet!!!!!!!Evn after 34 days?????

Called again, they told me to send it to them over to New Jersey, called after and all they told me its that after receiving it it takes about 10 days just to get into their system!!!!

So now I have to wait and live all this stressed because I bought this watch, besides the be embarrassed after my boyfriend showing me the watch broken!!!

BAD QUALITY, BAD COSTUMER SERVICES, BE CAREFUL!!
