This watch, while appearing to be of good quality and really nice looking, was unfortunately dead on arrival. It appears that this was a previously returned item. as the packaging was quite tattered and all of the protective plastic wrap and tags had already been removed from the watch. I am therefore not blaming Movado for this issue.However, Amazon's quality control needs to be seriously tightened up as this is the third watch (all different brands and types, not three of this watch) that I have purchased from them that was in the same condition and had to be returned. This is a waste of my time and money and is eroding my faith in Amazon as a retailer of quality merchandise.
