Not accurate for measurement. They say they're off by +/- 5%, but my measurements with known volumes show error as much as 20% in some cases. I had to re-mark mine with permanent marker so my formulations would be correct.

I got these to use as children's water toys and they work great for that purpose. My kid loves to pour water amongst the different cylinders. There is a wide range of sizes which adds to the fun.

The plastic is very thick and can handle a lot of abuse from kids. You would really need a lot of force to break one of these cylinders. The graduation markings protrude so they won't wear out. The blue coloring on the graduations probably will wear out over time though.

Overall, I'm very happy with these cylinders as toys.

the plastic will not break with normal usage. students dropped them and they still hold liquid. May be less accurate than glass. not clear plastic.

Overall very good graduated cylinders. I use them for film processing (negatives and prints) and there seems to be no negative reaction with the chemicals. One of the cylinders arrived slightly yellow tinted, which throws me when I'm working, but it works fine.

These work fine for measuring liquids, but the first time I dropped one on a tile floor (from about 3 feet up), the plastic shattered at the base of the cylinder. Not what I would expect for a plastic piece of lab equipment.

A good set for general home use. Plastic seems thick and well made. I used them for mixing professional strength insecticide and it worked out well. If I wanted to mix a strength for a half gallon of water, instead of a gallon, I looked up the milliliters online and it was easier than figuring ounces.
I know Americans LOVE the English system but Bernie Sanders is right; even the English (The UK) officially don't use it any more. Base 10 math for everything and no 16 ounces per pint and 12 inches per foot and imprecision on everything. Plus some of the stuff I was using had two concentrations for different bugs and figuring out how to divide 68 milliliters is easier than figuring out what is between 3/4 of an ounce and 7/8 ths.
Of course I've worked with international corporation for decades and precision work is done in liters and centimeters, etc. In fact the US customers who want their stuff in inches, etcetera we had prints with the metric measurements with the English ones below them. They also kept getting compliments from American companies on how precise our products were. Well it's a lot easier to hit a target 20 to 22 centimeters than some English equivalent that's nowhere near as precise.
If you are getting these for your kids I think they'll work out because they are pretty thick but a little too brittle for long term industrial use. If your kids are going to be spiking them on concrete they break though. Plus they can start learning the metric system, because there aren't that many customers in Myanmar.

The stuff looks like it is manufactured for school laboratory and not for a serious user. If I had known how they were designed, I would not have bought them

I got them to measure fungicides, horticultural oils, and other gardening chemicals. The work great! I tested them with one of the hoity toity ones in the lab (I work in a lab) and they were either spot on or only off by a hair, plenty good for my purposes. It is so much easier using these instead of tablespoons and such. The smallest one is too small for my purposes as of now. It's a nice selection.

I break things. I break things a lot. I still have a couple of quality beakers and cylinders that I haven't broken yet. I was pleased to find these in plastic.
