Critchley shows as powerfully as possible how deconstruction and persuasive ethical consequences are vital to our thinking through of questions relating to politics and democracy. Parts of the book have been published in several European languages and a complete edition will appear in German next year. This new edition will update and confirm this title as a standard reference work in the area of French philosophy and theory.
