5.0 out of 5 stars Great item., September 8, 2008
This review is from: EVGA 512-P3-N801-AR e-GeForce 8800 GT 512MB DDR3 PCI-E 2.0 Graphics Card (Personal Computers)
This card plays all my games at max settings with out any lag or issues, stays quiet (will have to listen carefully with the A/C on to notice that fan's noise at 100% power.

It also runs pretty cool (idle 45 load 55).

Games tested.

Command and Conquer 3 (flawless)

Supreme commander (a bajillion units fighting and it stills run perfectly)

Empire Earth 3 (Working great at max settings too)

Final fantasy IX (over 100 characters at the same spot with out any animation/chat filters and not even a stutter)

This card is just great, its not even overclocked and its butchering all the games I own.

A giant step from my 5500FX.

5.0 out of 5 stars A great graphics card., December 15, 2010
This review is from: EVGA 512-P3-N801-AR e-GeForce 8800 GT 512MB DDR3 PCI-E 2.0 Graphics Card (Personal Computers)
I recently got this graphics card for my birthday. It might not be the newest model of this card but it definitely packs a punch, even in brand new games I can have maxed out settings. The drivers were easy to install and the price is pretty low. I would highly recommend this card to anyone. Though I must say if you do heavy gaming you might want to go up market a bit, but for standard or light gaming this card is a great deal for your money.
