I think the extra ram is worth it.
Earnie
Does pretty well on Battlefield 4, and can stay at 120 fps on some maps depending on the graphics settings (mostly high settings).

I would recommend (and have) this card to any mid range build gamer.

all you really need to know is that it'll play Battlefield 4 at 60FPS 1920x1080 on ultra settings (full disclosure: 4.2GHz quad-core and 2133MHz RAM).

it's also a very nicely made card, with a stout heatsink shroud, covers for all the ports, and fairly quiet fans. at full-bore crankin' on BF4 it runs around 60C in my PC that has so-so ventilation.

you do pay a bit of a premium with EVGA, but the few that i've had have shown solid performance and good quality with some decent management software.

This is a beast of a video card.

Pros:
-Powerful
-Worth every penny in performance
-Supports extra monitors
-High CPU clock

Cons:
-This thing is huge. It only just barely fit, with a tiny bit of wiggle room, within my NZXT Guardian.
-Power demanding. This card demands a lot of power. Upgrading to this card might mean having to upgrade your PSU, in order to use it.

It's a great video card. For the price I think you cannot get anything else that good. Easy to install and make sure you always update BIOS

I play modded skyrim. The game typically uses around 2300mb of VRAM. I originally had the 2gb version which while fast would occasionally stutter in game so badly that it wasn't even fun to play. Having the extra VRAM made all the difference. That said, I have not encountered any other games which use more than 2gb of VRAM though I'm confident that future games will exceed that amount. I think the extra ram is worth it.

My previous EVGA GTX 560 died on me and of course needed to be replaced. After a lot of research and debating on if an R9 would better suit me, I decided on this bad boy. It is a much larger card than my previous one, but that is no issue as I have a large enough case.

It was easy to install (as if any video card is hard)
Quiet, and stays rather cool. I have played around with settings and OC it for a while with no issues.
Has all the right output selections, 2 DVI, and an HDMI.

I hope this one last me as long as my last and even longer. I have had great results with EVGA products in the past and will continue to buy from them as long as keep making quality products.

This graphics card is the best investment I've ever made. Whether you're a hardcore gamer looking to take full advantage of high graphics settings in your video game and still achieve superb performance, or have graphically intensive tasks to complete, this video card is well worth every penny. This thing will run circles around the speed of light.

Rendering times using 3DS Max, Revit or Lumion are rediculous. Nuff said.

The 770 is great, playing BF4 on high settings, doesn't really go above 70c. Fans make noise when ramped up. Downloaded Evga precision X software to break in fans, as I read the noise fades once the card breaks in under heavy load. Seems to have helped out.
