For most people who can't afford a $500 or a couple of 2-$300 ones in sli is not practical.
This card does graphics and has a Physx processor on the same card "not trying to do both with one gpu"
As for tru raw power this rates about double what the gt220 does and this package can be nearly silent or leaned way out for extreme performance with provided and good software.
I have used EVGA before was never thrilled but they did work fine, as fate would have it the MSI card I wanted was unavailable so I got this one.
This card is fully Aero compatible though it is still a waste if performance is your goal, the video and general acceleration work well during testing.
Another nice thing is this will work correctly on a 300w power supply, and it will cool itself quite well.
I strongly recommend this if you need a strong budget card, it does not help with images or other 2d media for the photo editors out there you need fast system memory Ram and a good 64 bit processor.
