Here is a quick overview of this card for those of you who do not wish to waste a lot of time reading reviews!

Purchase this if:
You use your computer for low-end gaming / high-end multimedia.
You need an HDMI output.
You want a great card for a HTPC (Home Theater PC).
You want to convert video for mobile devices (CUDA support).
You want a budget dedicated PhysX GPU.
You want easy installation (no secondary power connectors required!).
You do not want to overclock the card yourself.

DO NOT purchase this if:
You are looking for a SLI compatible card.
You need a slim form factor card.

I hope this has been helpful to you!

UPDATE 13 Jan 2012:
After having this card for a year, it is still performing strong. Great card!

For most people who can't afford a $500 or a couple of 2-$300 ones in sli is not practical.
This card does graphics and has a Physx processor on the same card "not trying to do both with one gpu"
As for tru raw power this rates about double what the gt220 does and this package can be nearly silent or leaned way out for extreme performance with provided and good software.
I have used EVGA before was never thrilled but they did work fine, as fate would have it the MSI card I wanted was unavailable so I got this one.
This card is fully Aero compatible though it is still a waste if performance is your goal, the video and general acceleration work well during testing.
Another nice thing is this will work correctly on a 300w power supply, and it will cool itself quite well.
I strongly recommend this if you need a strong budget card, it does not help with images or other 2d media for the photo editors out there you need fast system memory Ram and a good 64 bit processor.

this card came in a great packaged box and contained all what i needed to make it work, it worked as a physx card as soon as i plugged it in my computer, along with my GTX480 this baby helped me play games like batman mafia 2 and alot of other physx heavy games with great FPS and EVGA makes really good build cards, when it comes to VGA cards i only buy them from EVGA,
