This card is okay but worse than the older 256 bit versions because of its 192 bit memory, which unfortunately neither Amazon or EVGA specifies. So now we have a neutered GTX 460. Thus my old EVGA 460 is clocked lower but performs much better at the resolutions I want (1920x1200). I was also planning on setting up SLI with these two cards, but this card is actually a newer architecture, so apparently it does not work. Also the fan is bigger and MUCH louder than my old card and of a cheaper build. Heck, I broke it on the first day but managed to superglue it back together. I'm actually tempted to put an aftermarket cooler on it but this negates the 3 year warranty. Even the power plugs are wobbly. I guess I can't really complain for the price?

+1 for price/performance ratio
+1 for low power consumption

-1 star for being a "GTX 460 v2
-1 star for being 192 bit
-1 star for build quality

WOW !!! I bought 2 of these to replace my aged GTX 280 cards and Dayum , what a difference !!!! These cards run way cooler and take 1/3 the power of the older GTX 280 cards as well as they weigh about 1/2 as much . Every game defaults to ULTRA settings with these 2 cards in SLI . Performance is awesome with even a single 460 so , anyone looking to upgrade from a lesser card , this is a great choice for the price . 2 of these run almost as well as 1 GTX 580 and will cost you around $200 less for both 460's . Again , great cards !!! They OC well and EVGA has THE BEST customer support I have experienced . My opinion , you cannot go wrong with this card .

If you are contemplating buying a GTX 550/550ti save yourself the embarrassment and buy this card or a GTX 560/560ti instead. In my opinion performance wise this card is two steps above a 550ti which is a suckers card...don't be a sucker!

My computer came with one and my wife's computer had an inferior card. I bought this to fix the issues she was having. It works great and works with everything she plays. (The Sims 3 to Star Wars: The Old Republic.) NO complaints.

The EVGA GTX 460 SuperClocked was purchased and installed for a mid-range gaming build. The card isn't too loud and it is able to pump out some good steady framerates with a i7 920 @ 4.0Ghz and 8GB RAM. My nephew is more than happy with this card. Keep in mind he plays a lot of RTS Games (Civilization V, Company of Heroes, Total War Shogun 2) and MMOs (Star Wars Online).
