Had the 440, which was causing crashes on my machine. Replaced with this and it has NO problems driving my 24" dell monitor.
It's fast, responsive, runs quietly, and worth the money!

This is a replacement card for my 8800GTX. This card sure runs at a lot lower heat compared to my old 8800GTX. Also When I compared the speed of this card it beats it by 62% on average. Very impressive card and cheap too. When I first bought 8800GTX years ago it was 500+. This card cost only 150... Dang!

First some info on my system.

Dell 435T
I7 920k Quad
500GB SATA
Removed the 3g factory RAM, installed Kingston Technology HyperX Blu 8GB 1333MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 DIMM (Kit of 2)
Old Card - DELL brand Geforce GTS 240 1024MB
Factory PSU 475W

I was in the market for a new graphics card for about 3 months. After a bunch of research and alot of learning about computers, (I had never opened the case) I pulled the trigger on this one. Couldn't beat the price either with the rebate. Took about 15 min to uninstall the old drivers and install the new card although I was scared at first because I thought it wasnt going to fit. I had to take off another metal section where the vent could fit.
Booted up my PC in safe mode, it automatically installed the drivers. Rebooted normally, went online got the updated drivers from Nvidia's website. I didn't bother with the EVGA cd at all. After another restart I was golden. Played Skyrim on ultra, Alan Wake on Very High, Dead Space 2 on High with no problems at all and most impressively I could barely hear it. The old 240 sounded like a rocket ship compared to this silent beast.

Would highly recommend, just do your research first!

well I got this because the evga nvidia gtx 650 and 650ti were supposedly not able to run black ops 2 at 1080p at 60 fps with most of the settings on high. Anyways short story long I can run black ops 2 at 60 fps with pretty much everything, but shadows, set at high. I was also a little unclear when plugging it as for the psu requirements. I was only told that you needed a minimum of a 400w psu. What I wasn't aware of is the fact that the psu yellow cable has to output a total of 24 amps. While my psu said on the side it outputted 14 amps and after a call to evga support they said that I that was sufficient because the gpu required two yellow cables and so that would put the amp output to 28 amps.

When I bought this I didn't do my research like I was supposed to. The Microcenter guy told me I would be able to play Skyrim on this. After I bought it I found out from the internet that it was bang-for-your buck GPU that wasn't really high end but would suffice. Serious understatement.
Good thing I bought the superclocked version. This comes with EVGA Precision overclocking tool and I set it up to 2000Mhz Processor Clock and 2300 Memory Clock and I can run pretty much all my games, Arkham Asylum, Old Republic, Dragon Age 2, on Max settings with 30-40+ frames per second. Overclocking an already superclocked card? Pretty good deal if you ask me.

I forgot to write a review but better late than never. Amazing card and it's still ticking. I put it in my mom's machine and it's running. I sued it for gaming and it delivered. I'm not a hardcore gamer though and I never got to a game that couldn't be played back in those days. The most challenging one was Microsoft Flight simulator X and the reason for buying the card and it delivered without problems

The only fault has been that can reach high temperatures, however, my pc does not have extra fans, with everything else I have not had any problems. Proven in Resident Evil 5, Resident Evil Operation Racoon City, Devil May Cry 4, Left 4 Dead 2 and others, with excellent performance in resolution 1280x720 and everything else on "high". I recommend it.
