The inviting, polyester faux silk comforter face is a bold expanse of color, diamond quilted for texture and comfort. The lower portion features an embroidered band of ornate, scrolling medallions that are an intricate mix of fleurs and scrolled leaves. Contrasting piping trims the edges. Comforter is backed in solid, color-match polyester/cotton. Bedskirt, with 15" drop, is solid color with kick pleat and split corners. Piped, flanged shams are solid color with contrasting embroidery. Included: Pillows are piped in contrasting colors. Square has a solid color pin-tuck face. I hastily wrote a seller feedback after purchasing this item without contacting the seller first. Within minutes the seller contacted me to rectify the problem. The first order was for a king size set, but arrived with queen size sheets. Rather than hassling with returns I planned on using the sheets on a queen size bed, but the seller sent the king size replacement with a return shipping label. Problem solved. The quality of the sheets and comforter package are excellent and I'm very pleased - even more so for the concerted efforts of the seller.

Elegant and exquisite are a bit of a stretch. This is decent set, but looks a bit cheap, certainly not worth what I paid. The embroidery is about the only saving grace, which is apparently why it was the only thing featured in the photos.
