When I recieved the product it looked used....but I puchased it new....there was a few scratches and the packaging was very unprofessional...can't complain about it's perfomance it just looks a little under quality

These pans are of terrible quality! They are flimsy and cheap-looking, and the roasting pan arrived with a huge crack/hole in the side, rendering it unusable. They're also tony compared to my other pans of better quality. I didn't bother returning them; I just decided to use them as long as possible and then purchase new ones from Calphalon. Don't buy these pans! You can get a great set from Calphalon for the same price and the quality of Calphalon's pans are excellent.
