This product is great. My daughter can eat her whole grain cereal either en route or at our destination, something that easily "gives us back" 30 minutes in our hectic schedule, and ensures we don't have to settle for a less nutritious meal on the run. (Now, on Saturday mornings when she must accompany me on errands, I can let her sleep an extra half hour, and know I'm not going to be late for appointments). Plus, I've figured out many more uses for it - chilled yogurt and fruit/granola cup, chicken salad kept chilled at bottom with a room temp pasta salad in the top portion, etc. It's really versatile, and I highly recommend it for busy families. Apparently, we're not the only ones who think so. When I returned to my neighborhood Container Store to buy a second one, they had completely sold out. Thankful to find it available through Amazon.com, as I've not been able to locate any other brick-and-mortar retail outlet such as Target, CVS, etc.

I am a college student and need to pack lunch two days a week. I pack my lunch at 8am, and the milk is still ice cold at 1pm when I eat lunch-- in fact, last week I missed lunch and my milk was still cold when I got home at 4pm. I only wish that the cereal had a screw top, and that there was plastic in between the cereal bowl and where you screw the milk compartment on-- when you unscrew the milk, if your unit tipped over at all in transit there is milk on the bottom of the bowl which can make a mess if you let it drip or put it down directly on the table. Bring a napkin to wipe the bottom as soon as you unscrew at lunchtime and this unit will be perfect.

I love this thing! I use it to take cereal to work. I have not had any problems with the milk leaking. Sometimes the milk gets slightly frozen, so I've started taking the container out of the freezer about 30 minutes before I leave for work and it stays cold but doesn't freeze the milk. The cereal compartment is a little bit small, but it's a good portion if you are trying to eat healthy. It holds about 1 cup of Cheerios, which seems small but it's the serving size on the box. I know that this thing is probably made for kids, but I've found it very handy. It is very easy to wash by hand so I can use it every day.

I bought this to allow me to take cereal for breakfast to the office. On most days, I'm consuming the cereal within about 2 hours of when it and the milk are packed. The device is pretty unique; I've never seen anything quite like it. A few things could make this design even better. The milk container may not provide sufficient volume to cover your cereal depending on the type your eating. If you're packing something like frosted mini-wheats be aware the the absorbent qualities of the cereal will leave your milk volume "high and dry". It works well for something like Cheerios or less absorbent cereals. I really wish that they'd redesign it so that the lower container and upper containers were simply two cylinders without the tapering hourglass shape of the lower one. This would allow for some additional storage. It is good for portion control for both the milk and cereal components. I see many people complaining that their milk gets frozen by the freeze-gel container. Here's a little advice: Just run a bit of hot/warm water over the gel container and it thaws out. Overall, it's a good product with just a bit of room for improvement.

I bought this for my Twins for pre-k. They really like it and it works for breakfast at school. It is just okay!!!!!! Made cheap with a flimsy plastic and don't drop it by accident after it has been in the freezer. It cracked and couldn't be fixed. They only used it twice and then my husband dropped it.

My daughter is a picky eater so in the spirit of "choosing our battles", we often send her to school with raisin bran or other "healthy" cereal. The spoon broke almost immediately - but it's just a spoon. It has never leaked, it holds the perfect amount of cereal (she's in 1st grade), and the milk absolutely stays cold. This is one of the best investments we've made.

Could use a bigger compartment for milk, in my opinion. Otherwise, good product. Doesn't leak. Keeps milk cold. Useful for people on the go.

I love this container! I've tried to take my cereal & milk to work in many ways, but this is by far the most convenient. I agree that the cereal cup could be a bit bigger, but then again it's the perfect amount for my dieting purposes. I think it's funny that no one has realized that the cereal top is to be used to sit the cereal bowl in after unscrewing the milk cup from it. It perfectly solves the drip issue. I bought mine at 5 Below. I will definitely be going back for another one for a backup.

This product is ok, but it is a little small. It fits in my lunchbox, but really isn't big enough for an actual bowl of cereal. More like a snack. The freezer cup gets too cold. It freeaes the milk aound the sides so that you have to allow it to thaw before pouring the entirety of the contents out. The portable spoon is a little flimsy but ok. If you don't have a way to rinse it out when you are done, it will leak. The lid isn't air tight. All in all it's ok but not great.
