This book is very encouraging and uplifting! It gives one so much direction on how to live the life of a Christian, day to day. There are 365 devotions, as well as a short passage from Corrie, with relevant scriptures to match, and Corrie's prayer for the reader. There are so many examples Corrie uses from personal experience and each one of Corrie's books remain so anointed! There is a wealth of information in this book that brings us Corrie's lifetime of lessons. I hope this book will bring you the joy Corrie intended you to have, in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Corrie ten Boom is timeless. We all need someone to look up to and Corrie is a wonderful mentor and inspiration to Christians everywhere. I have read this book several times and have purchased it for gifts as well. The reader will refer to it again and again and receive many blessings and great direction. Corrie always seems to touch on whatever is troubling you. You will not be disappointed. The Hiding Place which is the story of her life is also a wonderful book.

This is a wonderful devotional book, written by a strong christian woman of faith. She suffered much for her faith, and her faith remained strong. I thank the Lord for Corrie ten Boom. She encourages and inspires, and challanges my faith.

Short, simple, to the point. I never tire of this devotional and have used it on and off over the years. Works for me. Corrie always had a way of getting right to the point of the matter without a lot of unnecessary words. Her 'yes' was yes and her 'no' was no. If you like simple yet profound then this devotional will work for you.

I love devotionals and have quite a few of them. This is the one I've used since I was a teenager and continue to read daily even now. Highly recommended.
