Item is described to have a 6" screen. I recieved mine in excellent packaging, in excellent shipping time, with a 4" screen.Seems to me, if I wanted a 4" screen, I would have ordered a cuda 300 compact. I also wasn't to happy that the sealed package was cut open before it was shipped, but not enough to remove product. The good news is it works excellent, every thing I would have hoped for in a compact. Roger

I used this fish finder for the first time yesterday. I didn't catch any fish, however I got to play with the new unit. It is extremely clear to read. Very easy to install. Instructions made sense. The only thing I didn't like about it was the base for the monitor. It is very cheap plastic and DOES NOT swivel... This is why I gave 4/5 stars. I couldn't decide where to mount it in my boat. I gave 75.00 bucks for it on Amazon. It is well worth the price. If you are looking for a small decent fish finder this is the one for you.

For the price, this unit works. It seems with depth finding units, the more you spend the better quality unit you get. I am happy with this as a backup unit, but would not want it as a primary unit. I kayak fish mostly and have equipped it on my 2nd boat after upgrading. when i loan the boat out, no one complains.
