I purchased this pistol crossbow because it seemed to suit my needs and was a fair price for what I wanted it to do. I looked at a few different ones and read several reviews, and chose this one. The vendor shipped it as promised, and when it arrived it was a bit last then I expected. First, it looks and feels like a toy, second the instructions are terrible even thou it has pictures, you just can't make them out. Next, after you put it together and you have to string it...it is impossible to do, now I opted for the 80 lbs version so I thought maybe that was why it was so hard to do. So with that in mind, I tried several different times to do as the instruction said, which was to place the gun handle against my stomach while pulling on the bow and have a friend put on the string, what happened was severe bruises and a nasty cut on my hips and stomach and a cracked aluminum bow, and it"s still not strung. I contacted the vender via email and they responded within days, they requested I send pictures of the problems I was having. So I did, several weeks ago...I showed where the bow cracked and the stringing that appears to be way too short for this bow. I still have not heard back from them.....very disappointing..

It broke after the third firing. A plastic piece near the grip shattered. I am not impressed and will never encourage someone to buy this item.
