I'm a beginner fly-fisherman, this is my first rod. I've only had the rod a few weeks and to date I have caught 3 trout, 2 bonefish and aprox. 12 small-mouth bass. It's a great rod and it was shipped to me very quickly.

Purchased this for a friend. Arrived very quick, very well packed. The quality looks excellent. One caution - there is no line or backing on this set. The reel is mounted, yes, but that is all that is included - rod and reel. Still seems a pretty good bargain as a gift for this friend.
