Perfect
its really great i would say suitable for both fresh and salt water. the second half is really flexible and you would really sense the fish nibbling your bait. I use this with a president pflueguer and they go together like brangilena. enjoy

BROKEN
USED THE ROD 5 TIMES AND THE METAL REEL HOLDERS WILL NOT KEEP THE REEL IN ONE PLACE THE REEL WILL ACTUALLY TURN ALL THE WAY AROUND THE SLOT DOES NOT KEEP THE REEL STABLE.

I purchased the Eagle Claw Starfire Rod for my wife and this year she used it for the first time and caught a 21 inch rainbow trout with in just a few short minutes of being out on the boat. She said she love's the Rod, gave her great action. I've been showed up by a new Rod.
