I purchased these #3 swivels to attach my windsocks to a Windsock pole. Works Great and has held up in 40 mph winds even though its not recommended to fly windsocks in very high winds. But, they didn't bend and they stayed in the lock position. As far as providing a review for fishing purposes, I haven't used them in that application.
