I got this organizer to replace another Eagle Creek Travel Agent. I'm I little disappointed. The organizer should be a little larger. The pocket for passports is crowded when carrying two passports. The older model had a notepad, this organizer could use one also. There is a small web pocket that is too small for anything but coins. This space could be put to better use. It's OK to keep airline tickets, passports, etc. but it should be about 1/3 larger. I'm not too impressed.

I also own the older model "Travel Agent" and it's fantastic. Very well thought out - a place for everything. The slot for a note book really comes in handy when you're on the road.

This new model is a major step down.
