It's not that great!,
I looked at several travel pillow reviews and this pillow outranked them all. It is a very light and durable pillow for a good price, but it is not comfortable. It is extremely easy to blow up and deflate, but still not very comfortable. My father bought a pillow from Bed, Bath, and Beyond for $12 and it was much more comfortable than this one. In the end, nothing beats a nice comfy fleece jacket that you can smoosh and contort. If you must buy a travel pillow then I recommend going to a store and trying it out. Thanks and I wish you better luck than I had.

This pillow, while I have nothing to compare it to, made my transatlantic trip a sleepytime affair. Very nice. Slept nice. Not perfect, you have to sleep straight up, but very comfortable and supported! All that matters is the zzz's. Very good in that regard, perfect.

I was a little worried with durability after reading other reviews already posted but, I've found nothing worrying so far.
I love the nice color...it's a crisp green that reminds me of the little tree frogs we have around here--and it's a cozy cover. I also really like the simple design for inflation and deflation. You blow it up with about 4 deep breaths and then if it's too hard/full then you gently push the little plastic flap to deflate the pillow. It'll take you about 4 uses before you figure out the exact amount of air you need for a comfy neck. The only disappointment I can find is the size of the pillow when it's totally deflated. It is a little bulky with the cover left on, and would take up about the space of a regular sized paperback novel in your carry on. So, you can always take the cover off when packing and then put it back on when you're ready to use it. I've used it to support my neck while reading in bed and was so comfy I fell asleep about 10 words in.

Great travel pillow; great customer service,

This is by far the best travel pillow I've ever used. In addition to being super comfortable -- in part because it is adjustable, unlike other pillows -- it can be folded up when not in use, making it easier to transport.
Like other reviewers, I've had a few of the liners develop holes. But the pillow comes with a lifetime guarantee. All you need to do is call Eagle Creek's customer support, and they'll send you replacements FREE. I've done this four times in the last six or seven years, and they've never batted an eye -- just thanked me for the call and sent me a replacement. Along these lines, I recommend buying two, so you're never without a backup. The liners do wear out, and it takes a week or so for the new one to arrive in the mail. If you have two, you're unlikely to have to go without.

My Must Have on a Plane,
By jiabug (Corpus Christi, TX) - See all my reviews Long story short: Best travel pillow there is. Don't blow it up too much. And if it pops? Ehh, it's worth getting a new one.

This is the best travel neck pillow I ever bought. It's small packable and very comfy with the soft fabric on the outside. On top of that, you can actually wash the fabric by separating it from the blow-up part. I buy all my relatives who like to travel one of these in future!

Comfortable and convenient, but broke the first time...,
I saw another reviewer say the same thing, but I'll confirm. I used this pillow on a recent flight overseas. The pillow itself was nice - easy to inflate and easy to deflate and store, and comfortable to wear. But on the outgoing flight, it sprung a leak. So on the return flight, it wouldn't hold air and became useless. This would be a great product, if they sealed it up better, but it's no good to anyone when it doesn't hold air.

Let me down - twice!,

I have bought two of these in airports, before travel. In both cases the vinyl bladder popped as soon as it was inflated. Other brands worked fine. The outside looks really well constructed, but the internal vinyl bladder has a sonic or thermal weld that doesn't hold.

Brought this pillow for a long flight to Africa. On the return flight the pillow would not inflate. On inspection I noticed the seam had burst. This shows poor quality. Disappointed since it received good reviews. Had to send it back.
