I love the packing system for travel when you know you won't have drawers/closets in which to store your items. They are great for when you live out of the suitcase. I store white shirts in one, colored shirts in one, undergarments in one, etc... HOWEVER, I wanted a different color to differentiate items at a glance but the red bled on all of my white items. I've put the cubes through the wash now in hopes that will remedy the problem, but I felt people should know. The stains did come out once I got home and was able to wash, but during my trip I couldn't wear the white items.

I've been using these for the last 15 years and I think now more than ever they're an absolute necessity. Not only do they allow you to pack more efficiently, but if TSA decides to empty your checked baggage during a random search your clothes won't be a wrinkled mess when you reach your destination. I've never seen them take clothes out of these even when they tear your suitcase apart since you can see the clothes through the mesh front on the pack-it cubes. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased this cube (I have others!) and I cannot imagine traveling anywhere without using these wonderful devices! It has made packing and unpacking so much easier. I just toss the items into my suitcase and don't struggle with trying to organize all these disparate items. I separate everything (pants, shirts, etc.) and I can find what I need quickly and efficiently. If you have never used these, I would recommend getting a set, various sizes are a must. I was in Rome getting ready to leave early one morning (6am) and all of a sudden the lights went out! Fortunately, all my clothing were in the cubes and I was able to easily toss everything into a suitcase and head out the door on time to catch a cab.

This size is pretty good. I guess it depends on what you put in. I liked it for jeans and t-shirts, undershirts and long underwear. Sweaters were a bit big and bulky for it, except for light sweaters, and I'm not sure it compresses them enough anyway. The whole compression aspect of this product is a bit trumped up, but it certainly does restrain things in a way I found really helpful. There's something oddly satisfying about opening up a suitcase and seeing it all neatly organized. Is it worth $23 for each of these? Depends on how much you want that feeling, I guess. We bought too many and returned the ones we didn't open, because that is a lot of money, frankly. If I had to pick a price without knowing manufacturer's costs, marketing, etc., I'd say as a customer that $15-16 seems fair.

I travel 42 weeks a year for work. I travel with just a carry on and my laptop backpack. The Eagle creek system makes that easier. I've lost track of the number of times TSA has randomly decided to inspect my bag that has nothing different than the last 50 times I went through the airport. I normally have my carry on unzipped because I just took my liquids out of it. When the guys at TSA pick up the bag and don't notice that it is open (only three times this year) the cubes help keep everything in place. If you travel a lot the cubes start to serve as a packing check list. Ahh this cube needs underwear, socks, and three t-shirts. I've enjoyed the Engle creek system so much that last Christmas I gave sets to each of my traveling friends.

I ordered this packing cube as a test, along with a competitor's travel cube. I found packing cubes to be a very good addition to my travel kit. It allows you to organize your suitcase by type of clothing, and then be able to find them in the suitcase without jumbling everything up. It also helps keep clothes from wrinkling as much. It is very useful and I highly recommend packing cubes for travel organization.

The Eagle Creek packing cubes are top quality. Comparing it to the other brand, it is superior. It has a handle and the other does not. It also just looks and feels better. However it is more expensive, and the other brand provides good service and utilization as well.

I recommend the product due to the utility and the quality, but almost docked a star because of price..

I use this with my Eagle Creek 18 Folder and now TSA can pull apart my suitcase and I don't have to worry about re-folding or re-packing. Fits perfectly in my 21" carry on and fits enough t-shirts, socks and underwear for a week long trip. Great item, well made.

I love these "cubes" so much I have a whole collection in different sizes. They are sturdy yet lightweight, so you should not be concerned cube packing will add much volume or weight to your bag. They really help me keep my stuff from morphing into a disorganized waterfall of clothes once I reach my travel destination.

These are very light flexible material bags that have many uses and are very handy. I like how you can see in the mesh front without opening the bag. Seeing the content without opening it works great when you have several in your bag. These are high end bags; the interior seams are bound and finished nicely. It zippers completely closed. I use these primarily in a duffel bag; it's what works easily for me when I travel by car. By Air I use a soft sided carry on and move this into it, I really strive to travel light.

This larger size is good for shirts, if I fold mine nicely I can easily fit 3 dress shirts in. The middle size is great for underware, undershirts etc. The smaller size is really great for socks, I roll mine to keep them paired in the zippered pouch, that way it's easier to grab a matching pair when I need them. If you are going to want more than 2 sizes, I suggest buying them as a set and saving a few bucks. Here's the link to the set of 3. Eagle Creek Pack-It Organized Traveler System Set

These make it so easy to grab what you need and still keep your suitcase organized as you travel. I've found that once I've used enough items to combine things, I can then use one for "dirty" socks for example and then it's easier to know what goes in the laundry when I get home.

While these are designed for travel, they work great for daily use in work bags and more. I like the smallest size for small cords, power adapters and other small items (I have one just with power adapters for various contries). The material is very light, which is really necessary when using many in your luggage so they don't get too heavy and push you into paying over weight baggage fees. If you have cords that are stiff, or items that need the bag to be heavy duty to help contain them, I've found these CLC bags very useful as they are made from a stiffer material that'll keep things from poking out. Custom Leathercraft 1100 Multi-Purpose Clip-on Zippered Poly Bags

Go ahead and get these, you won't regret it, in fact I've bought several individuals and sets now and we use them all!

5 stars, I love using these as I travel and go about my day.

These packing cubes are great for family travel! I love using them to separate my clothes from my son's clothes when we share bags. The cubes help us find essential items fast and make getting ready easier. The cubes are fairly light weight, but do add weight to the bag. I recommend buying different colors for different family members (my husband would say that I'm a little over the top, but he now swears by the packing cubes). I read one reviewer that experienced the red cube bleeding; I've used the black and blue with no problems.

This particular size is good for about 5-6 shirts, 4 pants, 4 light sweaters. You may be able stretch more shirts, pants, etc., but I don't like my clothes getting wrinkly.
