Very nice compact pack; nice compartment for notebook computer and flat files; very easy to slip computer in and out. Only drawback so far is difficulty keeping track of where the inside pouches are and it can be annoying to get past the large sleeve pouch in the main compartment. On the whole it is my favorite daypack of several I own, including Jansport and an older Eagle Creek model.

Great! I'm very happy with the bag overall. The laptop sleeve is secure and the "lay-flat" TSA approved method allowed me to go through security without getting a separate bin for the laptop. The material quality is good and the straps and back are padded and comfortable. Plenty of pockets, slots, and zippered pouches to keep small things (flash drives, cell modems) from disappearing into the bottom of the bag. Several pockets are even lined so scratch prone items like watches or phones can have a safe place in the bag.

It is a daypack so you may not be able to fill it with as much stuff as other larger backpacks but it held all the things I wanted to keep with me during a recent oversees flight. My one complaint would have to be the lack of a water bottle holster on at least one side. Overall the bag is very streamlined and the drink holder would have probably taken away from that, but it would be handy for everyday use.

Overall, if you're looking for a laptop backpack that's airport friendly and looks professional enough for everyday in the office, this is a great bag I can easily recommend.

great for traveling, for taking a laptop - the laptop does not have to be removed from the bag at the airline security,slips over the handle of a wheelie suitcase
