I like Daddy Cool and have done for years.
First song i heard was Eagle Rock.I heard some Daddy Cool songs and i now have alot of their stuff.Including their new DVD. They recently reformed for the Tsunami benifit charity concert. I wasnt there but it was good to see them play again. This Cd has a whole stack of their best songs,as well as a few other not so well known songs.

I finally found it!!,

I have been looking for this group's cd for 38 years. I heard them when I was in Australia in 1971. Good solid rock and roll.

About time to release the original albums...,

Only 2 tracks differ from the other two larger 'Cool' compilations. Schoolday's (a good studio Chuck berry cover), & Zoop Bop Gold Cadillac. Prior to the recent reformation, all we had was two studio albums, a live album and the D.C.E.P. Not a lot to make three compilations from.... the best material remains unreleased, except on the discontinued "Completly Cool". The entire 2nd side of 2nd album "Sex, Dope, Rock & Roll : Teenage Heaven", has never been released on commercial C.D. These tracks show Wilson's love of Frank Zappa & Doo-Wop, & in my opinion are among the best, more reminisent of precursor band "Son's of a Vegetal Mother" I'm only giving 3 stars not because the band aren't worth 5 (they are at least worth 4!), but because of the compilation concept.... We need the original albums in the original context!
