This pocketbook is designed for the masses, and is written in an easy to follow format.If you enjoy Mindell's other books, you will be please with this one. Along with discussing the standard natural anti-allergy options, it mentioned several that even I was not familiar with. I was very pleased with this and have bought additional copies of it for loved ones. The "HoT 55 Antiallergy Supplements" was my favourite chapter. Excellent resource.
