5.0 out of 5 stars Will the real Fleetwood Mac Please Stand Up?, February 15, 2001

This review is from: The Early Blues Roots of Fleetwood Mac: Under the Influence, Volume 2 (Audio CD)
Just wanted to hint everybody in that this is not Fleetwood Mac playing these songs, these are original recordings of songs that Fleetwood Mac performed in the 60's in their blues incarnation. Though I have just about everything ever released by Fleetwood Mac and their are several of these cuts I am not familiar with. This is definitely a great collection of classic blues that Peter and Jeremy were influenced by back in those days, it's music that influenced the whole of the British White Boy Blues group (Clapton, Mayall, etc.)

This CD is very good. Fleetwood Mac has been around for a long time. This CD is the first that has a differant twist with the "typical" Fleetwood Mac sound. The blues is a good combonation of rythem and relaxation to enjoy with friends and family. I would recommned this CD to be given as a gift for any occation. I am pleased to be able to listen to The Blues Roots of Fleetwood Mac: Under The . . . anywhere and at anytime. It will fit my daily routine of blocked time for entertainment. The upbeat with make me tap my foot in the roughest of situations.I look forward to listening to it for a long time.
