These tests worked just as well as the more expensive store bought tests. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because, I wouldn't give the name brand tests 5 stars either. Too hard to tell if a very visable yet slightly lighter test line means +. According to a digital test that I took simultaneously, it does, yet the directions state the line must be the same color or darker. But now that I know this, I think the tests are very good for the $.

There were no instructions with these, so I am not sure what I am looking for in the results window.

Bought 5 ovualtion tests. Tested on three days- used 3 of the tests. On the second day the control mark was present but nothing regarding the test window. Indicating marks did appear on days 1 & 3. Not sure how accurate these ovulation sticks are. We have been trying to conceive for 19 months- I have used several different brands.

i would say these work but im not sure. i have an irregular cycle so i purchased this to see what day i would ovulate. i followed the instructions and on cycle day 14 the test said positive for a lh surge. so me and my BF ..you know.... and i did not become pregnant! (bummer) so i would rate this a three because im not sure if this test is innacurate for the LH surge or maybe i didnt ovulate that cycle. im gonna try first response ovulation predictor next time

This ovulation test format is the classic "pee on a stick" type of test. Personally I find this style much easier to use than the other type of ovulation test (where you pee in a cup then put the strip in the cup for a few seconds) - and worth the extra cost. I've used these for several months with no issues. I plan to order these again if I'm not pregnant this cycle.

The directions are clear; follow them and you'll be fine. Per the directions, and another reviewer, take the test in the afternoon and don't drink too much beforehand. If you find that it "never" shows ovulation, you may be testing too late. Start using the tests earlier in your cycle (check the chart on the included directions). If after a couple of cycles, the tests never show an LH surge (ovulation), consider buying "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler for great information to help determine what could be happening with your cycle.

Just in case someone else receives the tests without instructions, go to the manufuacturer's website - they are posted there!

These ovulation tests don't work for me, and my cycle is pretty regular.
