Yummy and filling and pretty healthy,

This Apple-Ginger whole-food bar is a great snack! It's filling enough to hold you over (easily) for an hour or so, and the taste is delicious -- the apple and ginger and cinnamon are very discernible and a great combination. Check out the nutritional information, it's a pretty healthy mix of calories, fat, fiber, and nutrients so long as you eat it in moderation.
ps: I recommend drinking something (ideally some skim milk) with this bar, it will help hold off your appetite longer for when you need to make it farther between meals.

These are so delicious and have amazing ingredients but my family got sick of the apple-ginger spice flavor after a while and I wish they had a variety pack.
I definitely recommend them though because they're great to bring with you out the door and I brought them with me to work for a snack. They're delicious and not too sweet or bitter, just right!

This isn't as yummy as a 'standard' cereal bar made with partially hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, and mostly sugar, but it does taste good.
It is the best 'good for you' bar I have ever tried.
