I bought this item because my diamond studs were falling forward on my earlobe because they are large and the Earquilizer does keep them upright. However, the Earquilizer is uncomfortable to wear because they need to be tight against the back of the earlobe, so that the support piece doesn't shift, and that is what makes them uncomfortable. I still use them despite the discomfort.
