This is the best book I've read that outlines the many natural treatments that can be done with herbs and especially clay. It's both educational and hands-on. There was a time when clay used to have more value than gold, then as western medicine emerged so rapidly, and we became a pill-popping nation, these old timey treatments were no longer being passed down, until they were forgotten. This book shares the compilation of 40 books into one. It's a must for every reference library. Great book.
