I have bone on bone arthritis in my knee. The negative heel seems to take a bit of the pressure off my knee. I have very wide feet and I had to add some velcro so the straps would fit. Not a bad fit considering I could not try them on.

I hadn't worn negative heel shoes since the 70's and was hesitant but ordered anyway. I love them! I live in the high desert in California where the soil can be described in one word - concrete. I'm on my feet and running around daily and these shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn in this environment.
I have 2 pair now and I'm going to by another pair for next year. They run small, so make sure to order the next size up.
