For anyone interested in developing the conscious use of subtle energies, and expanding the various facets of the human consciousness, this if a "Must-Read" Book! Author Mary Ellen Flora regards Planet Earth as. "a spiritual frontier, where we as spirit can create, learn, and grow." She provides practical guidelines for connecting with natural "earth energies," and the "energy grid" of our planet. She cautions that we must temper our newfound enlightenment and powers with "spiritual maturity" and compassion, in our dealings with others...and with nature in general. She explains how we can become masters of our own karma by learning to take control of our natural creative powers, creating what we really need for our own happiness, success, and peace of mind. Her perspectives of the different stages of our life on earth, from a subtle-energy (i.e. spritual) perspective, are extremely clear and well-grounded into the context of everyday living. Other subjects include approaches and techniques for connecting with the higher self and higher entities, approaches to dealing with the birth and death transitions, and insights into healing the body, mind, and spirit by connecting with the forces of the natural environment. This entire book reads like a Sesame Street episode. No, wait, I take that back because it's insulting to Sesame Street. Sesame Street is fun, entertaining, teaches children information without talking down to them, and isn't full of itself. Now, take that sentence and add "not" before fun, delete "without" and "while", change "isn't" to "is" and you basically have an accurate idea of what this book does.
