We love this stuff. It makes the redness on the bottom go away in a matter of hours, and it is all natural. We used it at the daycare and our son's teacher was so impressed she asked where she could get some for her daughter. I know it is expensive, but you don't need very much of it at all and, for us, it is worth it to avoid the red bottom. Our son has very sensitive skin - he can't use any commercial wipes - we only clean his bottom with water and the Angel Baby soap because it gets so red otherwise - and this doesn't irritate him at all. We also use it on cuts and scrapes, and a rash my husband had on his hand. Soothing and gentle. Highly recommend.

I Absolutely love this diaper cream. It always clears up my daughters diaper rash quickly. As soon as we apply it on her rash she shows relief. What pleases me most about this product is that I can use it with her cloth diapers without damaging the absorbency of the diapers. I have also applied this product to itchy bug bites.

my baby had very bad diaper rush caused by 2-week-diarrhea. we searched by internet and found this product. If I knew the product early, my baby wouldn't hurt her skin badly....it took sometime to work but the result is pretty good.

This stuff works for EVERYTHING!!!: cuts, burns, abrasions, hives, diaper rashes, yeast infections, bacteria on skin and every topical ailment that has occurred in my household in the last 2 years. it has gotten rid of the nastiest diaper rashes, a yeast infection, my sister in laws eczema/hives (she said it was the only product that had ever worked) and all of the cuts and scrapes along the way. the ingredients are very non-toxic compared to those in other creams/balms and it actually works! i wish i could give it 6 stars! i recommend this to everyone, baby or not but shop around because 30-35 for a three pack is good, but paying more than that is not a good deal.

We have used every type of cream, spray and salve available-but this is the only one that truly works! I LOVE it and can't recommend it enough! It is also multi-functional as it works for scrapes, scratches, chapped lips and soothes sore noses when you have a cold. We use this exclusively and plan to do so with baby #2 as well. I personally love the smell and consistency-so natural. Now that my daughter is older she actually asks for it specifically-as she calls it the "stuff" :) If we try to show her the other brands she says "No-STUFF!!" So this proves to me that it feels better for her as well!

We were going through some major rash issues with my son once we moved and had a front load wash machine (it doesn't get the diapers wet like a top loader) I thought we would have to stop using cloth, then I heard this was safe for cloth. I got some and we haven't had a problem with diaper rash since, I highly suggest it for anyone cloth diapering.

An excellent product for the baby and everyone else in the family. Nice smell-I sometimes apply it on the baby just for the smell. Works wonders on the baby's skin, even good for massage. Price: it has gotten even more expensive from being pricy a few months ago. I am glad I purchased three--could last through baby's first year.

The BEST butt paste ever!! I use it not only for butt paste, but for my daughter's ecsema and baby acne! It's fantastic!

I've used this on my daughter since she was born and she's 6 months old. We cloth diaper and people told me that when you cloth diaper, your baby gets really bad diaper rash. My daughter has never had diaper rash. I love the smell and how it can be used for other things (scrapes, burns, bites, etc.). I buy this for all baby showers I go to. This is also the most inexpensive I have found it. The first 2 2-oz jars I paid $18.95 for each.

It is worth its weight in gold. Hands down the best diaper cream out there. We've had a few minor rashes which this cleared up overnight. Also one BAD MEAN rash (LO and tomatoes are not a good mix!) was cleared up in a couple of days. After the first day it was almost gone. We use this on scrapes and bites, too.
